How to book our man and van service
All you need to do is tell us how much waste you think you have and book your collection online via our online booking portal. If your estimate isn’t perfect and your waste increases or decreases before the day, we are more than happy to remove it for you, but if your waste is significantly higher, beware that we may charge you more than your original estimate.
Upon arrival at your property, we’ll assess the waste and provide you with a quote for the clearance before we start work. If you are happy with the estimate we have provided, we’ll begin clearing your rubbish. Remember, our quotes also include labour charges; if your waste is upstairs or hard to get to, we may add additional charges to your final bill – we will tell you this before we begin clearing such rubbish.
We always photograph the rubbish before clearance and upon leaving once the service has been completed. We will give you these as part of the compliance record of what was removed, which you may need in the future.

Booking a van and man in advance is recommended. We have a good number of vans serving everyday therefore we can always help if you need our service urgently. We can get you any van you are after within an hour depending on your location.

Yes, but this is subject to availability. Make sure to give us a call and we’ll do what we can to fit you in as soon as we possibly can.
How big the vans are in terms of size?
